If you are a new customer, please ensure you complete the consultation form when booking your appointment. This is required at the time of booking to tailor your experience to your needs. If you’ve had treatments with us in the last 6 months and no changes have occurred in your health or medication, no further action is needed. However, if there have been any updates to your health or medication, or if you’re unsure, please email us before your appointment to discuss your concerns or complete a new intake form. For treatments that were over 6 months ago, we kindly ask you to fill out the form again.

Completing this beforehand helps your therapist prepare and reduces consultation time on the day. If you’re unable to fill it out in advance you can complete it upon arrival. This form is essential for your treatment, as it ensures your safety and allows us to tailor your experience to your specific needs.

Booking Policy

To secure your booking, a valid card must be provided, and a non-refundable deposit of 10% of your treatment cost will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled treatment: No additional charges will apply, but the 10% deposit will be retained. This deposit can be transferred to a future booking, which will be deducted from your final bill.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled treatment: A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled treatment: The full cost of the treatment will be charged.

We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate you if adjustments to your booking are necessary. If availability allows, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment rather than cancel it. However, this cannot be guaranteed, and as much notice as possible will be needed.

Please note that continued no-shows or last-minute cancellations will be recorded, and our services may no longer be available to you in order to prioritise those who respectfully attend their appointments.
