We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate you if adjustments to your booking are necessary. If availability allows, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment rather than cancel it.; however, this cannot be guaranteed, and we kindly ask for as much notice as possible.
Please note this may only be offered once as a courtesy, and we ask that you let us know at the earliest opportunity.
Continued no-shows or last-minute cancellations will be recorded, and in such cases, our services may no longer be available to you. Alternatively a full deposit may be required to secure future bookings in order to prioritise those who respectfully attend their appointments.
